Michael William

Michael William is an experienced professional in client success and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Client Success for EMEA-NA at Centro since June 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Future Group Translation Services, including Director of Operations for the Contact Center Division and Client Relations & Quality Control Manager, from November 2020 to July 2023. Michael's career at Centro Global Solutions spanned from January 2013 to April 2020, where responsibilities included Training and Quality Manager, Quality Control and Decision Support Manager, and Quality Control Supervisor, among others. Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Modern Academy Maadi, completing the program from 2009 to 2013.
