Susana Gutiérrez Gutiérrez

Susana Gutiérrez Gutiérrez possesses extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Susana serves as a board member for both the Fundación Barraquer and the Fundación Desarrollo Función RRHH since 2022. Previously, from 2002 to 2024, Susana held the position of Director of Human Resources at General Optica. Susana is also an educator in the Master in Pharmacy Office Management at the Col·legi de Farmacèutics de Barcelona since 2006. Susana's professional journey includes founding Top Perfil RRHH, serving as National President of AEDIPE, and leading the Catalan Association of Human Resource Management. Susana's academic background includes a degree in Industrial Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona and multiple executive education programs at prestigious institutions such as IESE Business School, Esade, and The Wharton School. Currently, Susana is advancing studies in digital business at The Valley Business & Tech School.
