Amanda Pérez Pintado is a seasoned journalist currently serving as a Health Reporter at Centro de Periodismo Investigativo, focusing on healthcare access and public health impacts as a Report for America corps member. Previous roles include Health Fellow, where coverage centered on Puerto Rico's prison healthcare system, and various instructional positions at Universidad de Puerto Rico and Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, teaching courses in multimedia and data journalism.
