Carlos Rafael Ramirez-Paesano, M.D.-EDAIC, is a highly experienced anesthesiologist currently serving as a General Anesthesiologist Staff and Regional Anesthesiologist at Centro Médico Teknon - Grupo Quirónsalud since March 2015, with expertise in general, cardiovascular, regional, and obstetric anesthesia. Previous experiences include an observership at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust focused on cardiothoracic anesthesia, and a role as Chief of Anesthesiology and Pain Management Department at Clínica El Avila in Caracas. Carlos has held various educational and leadership positions, including Chairman of the Obstetric Anesthesia Section of the Venezuelan Society of Anesthesiologists and professor of ultrasound-guided anesthetic block at GEARVE. Carlos has a robust academic background with multiple master’s degrees and specialized training, culminating in summa cum laude qualifications in anesthesiology.
