Xavier Serres Créixams

Xavier Serres Créixams has extensive experience in the field of radiology, currently serving as a staff member in the radiology departments of Hospital Universitari de la Vall d'Hebron since February 2003 and Hospital Quirón Teknon since November 1997. Specializing in ultrasound-guided interventional procedures, such as punctures, biopsies, drainages, and tumor ablation using microwaves and radiofrequency, Xavier also has expertise in contrast enhancement ultrasonography and image fusion systems. Prior experience includes a position at Hospital General de Granollers from January 1993 to January 2003. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Medicine and Surgery from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and an M.D. with a focus on Diagnostic Radiology and Public Health, obtained from the same institution and Hospital General de Granollers.
