Dmitry Shkurat has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dmitry began their career as an interviewer at GFK-USM in 1997. In 2001, they worked as a Promoter and Ad Manager at AA TUR-KONTSERT, followed by a role as an Assistant Top Manager at AA ARIADNA+. In the same year, they founded and directed KVADRO, a Training Centre.
In 2005, Dmitry joined UKRAGROCONSALTING as a PR Manager, and later served as the Chief Technology Officer at InThe.net from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they held various roles at Envisionext, including Senior Project Manager and Executive Manager, General Manager of the Odessa branch.
In 2013, Dmitry became the CEO of Ortnec Services Ltd, a position they held until 2016. Dmitry is currently the owner of Soft Sphere since 2016.
Dmitry Shkurat obtained a Master's degree in Administrative Management from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1998 to 2004. Additionally, they earned a Special higher education degree in International Tourism Management from the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts from 1998 to 2003.
