Centro Talent is a specialist executive search firm focused on the buy-side - specifically Engineering (Data, Execution, Quant, and Platform) and Quant Research, across systematic hedge funds, HFT, and prop trading.

Founder-led. When you work with us, you work directly with Oli Alexander or Harry Hays.

We've built Centro Talent on a simple belief: in markets this specialised, relationships and genuine understanding of the role beat volume every time.

If you're hiring, or open to a conversation about the market, get in touch.
