Centroid is the market leader of Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the oil and gas industry in Sudan, formed in 2005 as a joint venture between OGP Technical Services Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of PETRONAS of Malaysia) and SUDAPET Company ltd. (the national oil company of Sudan), now it  is fully owned by SUDAPET. Its head quarter is in Khartoum, Sudan and it has regional representative office at Dubai Airport Free Zone Area (DAFZA) UAE. 
Centroid provides PMC service for most of the oil & gas operating companies in Sudan (Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company, PETRODAR Operating Company, Petro-Energy E&P, Rawat Petroleum Operating Company and Star-Oil Petroleum Operating Company), Centroid beside its main specialty in PMC services also provides Operation and maintenance services (O&M) and specialized engineering services. 
Centroid’s strong dedication to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) is reflected in a record of over 46 million safe man-hours without lost time incident (accumulated since 2007). 
Since it was found back in 2005 Centroid accomplished numerous facilities projects includes Field Surface Facilities (FSF), Field Improvement Projects (FIP), beside infrastructure projects like Central Processing Facilities (CPF), Airports and roads, pipelines and many other facilities for the oil and gas industry.
