André Zeelte

André Zeelte has extensive experience in human resources management and leadership. André worked as the Senior HR Director for CentroMotion, formerly known as Actuant, in the Eurasia region from November 2019 to present. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior HR Director for Actuant Engineered Components & Systems in Eurasia from December 2015 to November 2019. From July 2012 to December 2015, André served as the Global HR Leader for Power-Packer, a market leader in motion control systems. Before transitioning to the corporate sector, they worked at KroeseWevers as a Senior HR Manager from June 2008 to July 2012. André has also gained significant experience at Koninklijke Grolsch NV, where they held multiple HR positions, including HR Manager, from May 1993 to June 2008. Additionally, André worked at Holec Systemen en Componenten and Van Ouwenaller Vereniging as a Manager of Personnel and Organization and as a Personnel Officer, respectively, early in their career.

André Zeelte attended Twents Carmel lyceum from 1976 to 1982 where they completed their VWO. From 1982 to 1986, they studied Personeel en Organisatie at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, earning a BA degree. André then went on to complete a BA in Bedrijfskunde at SWOT from 1988 to 1991. Finally, from 1999 to 2001, André attended TSM Business School and obtained an MBA degree.
