Brittany Raguse

Brittany Raguse, PHR, currently serves as the Benefits and Compensation Manager at CentroMotion, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Brittany spent nearly nine years at Lesaffre, progressing from Human Resources Generalist to Senior Human Resources Supervisor, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of bonus processing, merit increases, performance reviews, and open enrollment, alongside the implementation of new HR and payroll systems. Earlier experience includes roles at Coyote Grill, where Brittany handled training, scheduling, and social media management, and a Human Resources internship at Batteries Plus, focusing on auditing and wellness programs.
