Dean Coulson

Dean Coulson has a wealth of experience in the operations and management field. Dean currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at CentroMotion since 2023. Previously, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Balfour & Co. (formerly American Achievement Corporation) from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Rafid Automotive Solution from 2019 to 2021. Dean also had an extensive tenure at Blue Bird Corporation, where they held various vice president roles, overseeing different aspects of operations and strategy. Dean started as the Vice President Material Planning and Logistics in 2002 and held positions such as Vice President Product Strategy and Program Management, Vice President International Operations and Commercial Bus, Sr. VP Quality and Operational Excellence, and Sr. VP Parts & Service. Dean began their career as a Process Engineering Specialist at Meritor from 1997 to 2002.

Dean Coulson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering from Penn State University, which they obtained between 1991 and 1996. In 1996-1997, they pursued a Master's of Manufacturing Management degree at the same institution, specializing in Quality and Manufacturing Management.
