André Lackenbacher is the Human Resources Director at CentroNía. Andre was raised in Quito-Ecuador but he considers himself as a citizen of the world. André is bilingual (English-Spanish) and has a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Organizational Psychology, an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management and Development, and a Certificate in People Analytics. With over 10 years of experience in people-oriented positions, André has worked in diverse areas of HR that have allowed him to approach diverse groups of people and work directly with them.
