Neal Nagarajan

Neal Nagarajan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investor relations and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at Centrus Energy Corp. since November 2024, Neal has previously held senior roles such as Senior Vice President at Sloane & Company from June 2021 to November 2024 and Vice President at Sard Verbinnen & Co. from August 2018 to May 2021. Neal's expertise includes working as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Credit Suisse in mid-2017 and as an Associate in M&A at a leading boutique investment bank from December 2010 to July 2016, where Neal was involved in significant buy-side and sell-side transactions.
