Robert R (Bob) Jones

Robert R (Bob) Jones has had a long and varied career. Robert R (Bob) began their professional life in 1972 as a Lieutenant in the US Navy. In 1990, they became the Chief Executive Officer of both United Bank of Southwest Alabama & Northwest Florida and UBAB. In 2017, they became the Chairman of UB Community Development, A Community Development Partner of United Bank, and a Partner at Grampian Investments. In 2021, they were an Advisor to CDFI’s and industry providers, as well as the Executive Director of CB-Resource, Inc. Currently, they are the Senior Advisor of the Community Development Bankers Association and the Director of CentSai.

Robert R (Bob) Jones attended Auburn University and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1978 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in 1974. Robert R (Bob) also attended Southern Methodist University for the Graduate School of Banking and Louisana State University for a Professional Masters in Banking.
