Mariana Aguirre is the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutritionist at a Private Clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
