Krystal Puryear

Krystal Puryear, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Centura Wealth Advisory since January 2024 and as a Human Resources Consultant at Staff Solutions Group LLC since June 2023. Prior to these roles, Krystal was the Senior Manager of People & Culture at FMT Consultants from November 2021 to August 2023 and held various positions at Nortek Control from March 2019 to November 2021, including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Earlier experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Continuing Life and as a Human Resources Business Partner at My Flower Market. Krystal also worked as the Human Resources Operations Manager and Center Manager at European Wax Center from June 2014 to May 2016. Krystal obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New Mexico State University.
