Jennifer Russo

Jennifer Russo, MSc, PMP has extensive work experience in communications and content roles. Jennifer is currently the Director of Communications and Content at Centuri Group, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Change Communications Lead at AltaMed Health Services. Jennifer also worked as the Director of Executive Communications at Globalization Partners, where they developed impactful employee communications programs and established internal communication platforms. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director of Corporate Communications and HR Strategy at Banner Health, where they crafted executive level communications and implemented a unique business partner model. Jennifer also has experience at Rio Tinto PLC, where they served as the General Manager of Communications & Communities for the Rio Tinto Copper & Diamonds division and as the Director of Corporate Communications for the Copper Group. Jennifer began their career with various companies before focusing on their communications roles.

Jennifer Russo, MSc, PMP holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism from Arizona State University and a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Development Management from The Open University. Jennifer has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2021. In 2011, they received the Accredited Business Communicator certification from IABC and completed the Class 32 program from Valley Leadership.
