Matt Carder

Matt Carder has a strong background in accounting and finance with progressively responsible roles in various companies. Matt began their career at Pulte Group, Inc. as a House Cost Accountant from 2005 to 2008. Matt then joined Shea Homes as a Senior Accountant from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they worked at Troon Golf as a Regional Controller from 2010 to 2012 and as a Shared Accounting Manager in 2012. After that, they joined Colony American Homes as an Assistant Controller from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Controller at Centuri Group, Inc. since 2015 and has recently been promoted to the role of Director Of Accounting in April 2022.

Matt Carder attended Arizona State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Matt also obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from both Arizona and Virginia, although the exact dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
