Rishona D. Harris

Rishona D. Harris, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army until 2012. Following that, they joined Target and served as the Team Leader in Human Resources from 2007 to 2010, and then as the Executive Team Leader from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, they joined NPL Construction Co. as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, providing comprehensive HR services until 2017. Currently, Rishona is the Human Resources Director at Centuri Group, Inc., a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development from 2019 to 2023, and as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development from 2017 to 2019, where they were responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies and implementing training programs to support corporate goals.
