Taylor Katz

Taylor Katz has a diverse work experience, starting with the role of a Recruiter at Insight Global in 2012. During their time at Insight Global, they worked with technical executives, built client relationships, and trained and mentored team members. In 2016, Taylor joined Amazon as a Sr. Recruiter and later transitioned into a leadership role as a TA Manager/Sr. Client Lead, where they designed and implemented large-scale initiatives and built a TA organization for a confidential project. In 2022, Taylor moved to Meta as a TA Manager, leading a high-performing team in Talent Acquisition. They consistently exceeded quotas and KPIs while driving programmatic initiatives. In 2023, Taylor joined Centuri Group, Inc. as the Director of TA and Strategic Planning.

Taylor Katz earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2007 and 2011.
