Dana Neitlich

Dana Neitlich is a seasoned professional in human resources and healthcare management with extensive experience in both operational and clinical leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Centurion Health since 2018, Dana has previously held significant positions including Regional Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Employee Relations. Prior experience includes Program Executive Director for the Massachusetts Department of Correction where oversight encompassed statewide health and mental health services for over 900 employees and a substantial budget. Dana's background also features roles with Planned Parenthood Federation of America and experience as a Hospital Administrator, demonstrating a strong clinical foundation and expertise in navigating organizational change within complex environments.
