Upasana Singh

Upasana Singh currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Law at Centurion University of Technology and Management since May 2023, following a previous role in the same capacity at Amity University Kolkata from August 2019 to October 2022. Singh has extensive teaching experience, having also worked as a Faculty Lecturer at Netaji Subhash Open University and as Faculty of Law at Shyambazar Law College from January 2017 to August 2019. Additionally, Singh worked as an Associate Advocate specializing in criminal law at SKG Chambers from August 2014 to August 2019. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Maritime Laws from Sharda University, a Master’s Degree in Law from National Law University, Odisha, and various specialized courses in legal research, cyber forensics, competition law, and legal counseling from reputable institutions such as Maharashtra National Law University, Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership, and others.
