Ann Knope is a seasoned real estate professional with 30 years of experience, currently serving as a Realtor and Lead Coordinator at Century 21 AllPoints Realty since May 2005, where Ann holds a GRI designation. Prior to this role, Ann managed customer service as a Lead Coordinator at Transaction Management Online from May 2005 to May 2010, ensuring seamless transactions for real estate clients. Ann's experience also includes positions as an Administrative Assistant at Data-Mail, Inc. and as a Customer Service Manager at DeGeorge Home Alliance, where Ann successfully expanded the inbound call center staff from 13 to 55 employees. Ann began a career in real estate at Century 21 from February 1980 to January 1993, where responsibilities included roles as a Realtor, Manager, and Trainer for a top-producing company in central Connecticut, achieving recognition in the Million Dollar Club. Ann holds an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Middlesex Community College.
