Michal Narowski possesses extensive experience in environmental safety and sustainability, currently serving as a Safety Advisor and Safety Advisor Technician at Yale University since June 2017. In this role, Michal manages the Yale Green Lab program, focusing on sustainable laboratory practices and conducting air quality testing. Previous positions at Yale included Environmental Technician and Intern, where responsibilities involved compliance reporting and water discharge sampling. In addition, Michal is a Real Estate Agent with CENTURY 21 AllPoints Realty since February 2021, specializing in market analysis and documentation preparation. Currently teaching as a Teaching Assistant for a course on decarbonization at Harvard Extension School, Michal is pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability, having already earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of New Haven. Other relevant experience includes leadership roles at the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and as a Resident Assistant.
