Tom Shrum has over 40 years of experience in the real estate sector. Tom began their career in 1979 as an Office Manager/Sales at Shoaf & Shrum Real Estate and then moved on to become an Office Leader/Manager at Prudential Connecticut Realty in 1996. In 1999, they joined William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty as a Realtor and worked there until 2022. Currently, Tom is serving as the Regional Vice President of Sales at CENTURY 21 AllPoints Realty, where they manage real estate sales and office operations in Fairfield County and Connecticut Shoreline properties.

Tom Shrum attended Grove City High School, but no dates were provided for their time there. Tom then went on to study Business Administration and Management, General at Roanoke College from 1975 to 1977. After completing their studies at Roanoke College, Tom Shrum attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1977 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate.
