Dan Gullahorn

Dan Gullahorn is the President and CEO of CENTURY 21 AmeriSouth Realty, a company Dan founded in 2004 in Northwest Pensacola, aiming to establish a premier real estate service for Escambia and Santa Rosa counties in Florida, as well as adjacent areas in Alabama. In addition to their leadership role, Gullahorn serves as a licensed real estate instructor at the Roland School of Real Estate since 2010, teaching various courses for aspiring real estate professionals. Gullahorn has been actively involved with the Pensacola Association of REALTORS®, serving multiple terms on the Board of Directors and as President in 2020, and has held positions with Florida Realtors and the National Association of REALTORS®. Dan Gullahorn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Mississippi State University.
