Jose Banda is an experienced Real Estate Broker with a strong background in residential and commercial real estate. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at JB Millennium Realty since April 2019, Jose assists property owners and prospective buyers in negotiating sales and offers expert advice. Additionally, as a Broker Associate at Century 21 Beachside since November 2015, Jose aids clients in both selling their houses and purchasing new homes. As the CEO of JB Millennium Realty, LLC, since May 2016, Jose is responsible for driving the company's long-term strategy and ensuring its growth. Jose's qualifications include certification as a Corporate and Military Relocation Specialist, along with comprehensive knowledge of real estate market analysis and investment opportunities. Prior military experience includes serving as an Administrative Specialist NCO with the United States Marine Forces Reserve from November 2012 to November 2015. Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from California State University, Los Angeles.
