Michael Garcia has extensive experience in real estate and state regulations. Serving as a Realtor at Century 21 Beachside, Michael brings current market expertise. Previously, Michael spent 18 years with the California Youth Authority and was promoted to Licensing Program Analyst at the Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing in 1990, where responsibilities included overseeing licensing processes. Michael retired from state service in 1996 after a distinguished career.
