Cruz served as Chief of Staff for the 34th Legislative District Office in the State of New Jersey from August 2009 to January 2024, showcasing strong leadership in public service. Prior to this, Cruz was the Director of Reception Services at Time Inc. from March 1995 to May 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bloomfield College.
