Evalina Loyo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, sales, and customer service. Since September 2018, Evalina has served as President of 1st Solution Property Services, focusing on janitorial and maintenance services for commercial properties in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Evalina has also been a Realtor for CENTURY 21 Discovery since December 2020 and previously worked as an Account Manager/Sales Consultant at Sign Centric. Evalina's prior roles include positions as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Alliance Group Realty, Assistant Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield and California Management Residential Services, and various sales and management roles in retail. Evalina holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from California State University, Fullerton.
