Ricardo Sousa

Ricardo Sousa MRICS has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Ricardo started their career as the New Business Director at abnsouza, SA in 2000, where they served until 2004. In 2004, they joined CENTURY 21 España | Portugal as the CEO, focusing on developing a real estate franchise network and establishing it as a preferred brand for buyers and sellers. In 2010, Ricardo became the CEO of CENTURY 21 España, where their responsibilities included assisting real estate agents in increasing market share and profitability, as well as providing top-notch real estate brokerage services. Simultaneously, they served as the President and later Vice President of the Associação Portuguesa de Franchising, where they played a significant role in promoting Portuguese brands globally and enhancing the credibility of the franchise business model. Ricardo's most recent position is a Board Member for RICS Portugal, starting in 2020.
