Alicia Rixen currently serves as the Director of Operations at Dakota Children's Advocacy Center and has been a Real Estate Agent at Century 21 Morrison Realty since August 2017. Alicia's experience includes roles as a Project Specialist at CAWS ND and a Grant Tech at the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation, where work focused on a collaborative grant to combat human trafficking. Additional positions include Licensing Specialist for both the North Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners and the North Dakota Board of Addiction Counseling Examiners, Interim Consultant for the North Dakota Coalition for Homeless People, Mortgage Assistant at Cornerstone Bank ND, and Assistant Manager of Commercial Services at North Dakota Guaranty and Title Company. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in History and International Studies from the University of North Dakota and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration.
