Michelle Smith, PHR has extensive experience in human resources and culture development. Michelle started their career at Budget Rent a Car in 1989, where they held the position of Shift Manager/HR Administrator for over 13 years. In 2003, they joined NextStudent as an HR Administrator before moving on to Avis Budget Group in 2006. At Avis, they served as an HR Representative for the South Central region. In 2009, Michelle transitioned to United Rentals formerly RSC Equipment Rental, where they worked as a Corporate HR Generalist for three years. Most recently, they have been working at Century 21 Northwest since 2012 as the Director of Culture.
Michelle Smith, PHR obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Morrison College from 1989 to 1994. Michelle also holds an Associate's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Morrison College. In January 2017, they obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute.
