Larry Riggs

Larry Riggs is an experienced real estate professional with over 26 years of experience in sales, teaching, and facilitation. Currently serving as a Sales Associate at Century 21 Redwood Realty since November 2018, Larry also holds roles as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Hagerstown Community College and as part of the Adjunct Faculty Pool at Frederick Community College, teaching Real Estate Principles and Practices. Additionally, Larry is a facilitator with Upward Enterprises, focusing on team building and personal growth, and an instructor at FCAR, where the curriculum includes continuing education on ethics and lending. Involved with the Frederick County Association of Realtors since 1989, Larry has served as a Past President and board member. Contributions to Frederick Toastmasters include serving as Immediate Past President. Prior positions include sales associate roles at Re/Max, and experience as a self-employed facilitator/trainer. Educational background includes Montgomery College and Gaithersburg High School.
