David Gelwicks is a seasoned commercial broker with extensive experience in the sale and leasing of various commercial properties, including industrial, office, mixed use, land, retail, and multi-family units. Currently serving as a Commercial Broker at CENTURY 21 Roberts & Andrews since January 2013, David Gelwicks previously held the position of Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial from 2002 to January 2013. Between 1974 and January 2002, David Gelwicks worked at Essex Costello, Century 21 Care, and other firms, further honing expertise in consulting, market analysis, and appraisal work. David Gelwicks earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Taylor University, completing studies from 1960 to 1964.
