Nancy Hajduk

Nancy Hajduk has an extensive career in real estate, starting with their role as a licensed agent at Cushman & Wakefield from 1982 to 1985, specializing in leasing commercial properties. From 1985 to 1987, Nancy served as the Broker/Owner of American Southeast Realty, focusing on commercial real estate in Southeast Florida. In subsequent roles, Nancy held management positions with Cedarwood Development and served as Director of Career Development at CENTURY 21 Town & Country from 1999 to 2009, developing educational programs for agents. Since July 1999, Nancy has been a Realtor Sales Associate and Executive Administrator at CENTURY 21 Town & Country, where responsibilities include managing operations and educational initiatives for over 300 agents. Additional experience includes managing The Referral Center from 2005 to 2014, providing consulting services as a Franchise Business Consultant for Century 21 Real Estate, and delivering training programs throughout the Midwest. Nancy holds a BBA in Marketing, Retailing, and Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
