Emilio Baldino

Emilio Baldino is an accomplished broker and agent at CENTURY 21®REO Division, holding the title since March 1998 and consistently recognized with the CENTURION level award. With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial sales, Emilio specializes in foreclosures and possesses extensive knowledge in various aspects of real estate, including same-day occupancy, tenancy court, evictions, renovations, and emergency repairs. Emilio has successfully closed over 1000 files and has established a strong reputation as a Portfolio Manager for Default/REO departments. Prior to the real estate career, Emilio served as a Production Manager at Survivor Technology from 1994 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture from Camplus College and extensive training in real estate and business.
