Paul Sharobeem

Paul Sharobeem is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Century Aluminum since September 2022. Previously, Paul held key positions at Aramco, including Senior Counsel for Capital Markets, Governance, and Sustainability, as well as Lead Governance Counsel for the Corporate Secretariat. Prior roles included Senior Counsel at Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation and Corporate Securities Counsel at Caterpillar Inc., among others. Paul began legal practice as an Associate at Troutman Sanders LLP and Locke Lord, LLP. Paul earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the same institution, after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from New York University.
