Benjamin LaBelle is a skilled manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in computer numerical control machining. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer II at Century Arms since January 2021, Benjamin focuses on product development and design improvements for subtractive manufacturing. Prior experience includes positions as a CNC Machinist at Pre-Tech Precision Machining and B. & R. Machine, where Benjamin operated multiple 3+1 axis VMCs and HMCs. Benjamin began a career at Tobyhanna Army Depot, advancing from an intern to a full-time CNC Machinist. Benjamin holds an Associate's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned between 2014 and 2017.
