Kevin V. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin started their career in 1986 as a Forward Controller-Observer in the United States Marine Corps, where they received training and traveled extensively in Central and South America.
After leaving the Marines in 1990, they joined DST Systems as a Sr. Software Developer, where they worked for 11 years until 2007. During their time at DST Systems, they gained expertise in software development.
From 2007 to 2011, Kevin V. worked as an IT Manager at Laminate Works, Inc., where they were responsible for managing the IT infrastructure of the company.
Kevin then moved on to InfuSystem in 2012, where they served as an Implementation Manager for two years, specializing in implementing new systems and processes.
In 2014, Kevin V. joined Cardinal Scale Mfg. Co. as a WIM Project Manager, overseeing projects related to Weigh-in-Motion technology.
Since 2016, Kevin V. has been employed by Century Business Technologies, Inc. in various roles. Kevin initially worked as a Business Solutions Engineer until 2023, and then transitioned into the role of an Information Technology Business Analyst.
Kevin V. obtained their high school diploma from Washington High School in Kansas City, KS, between 1983 and 1987. Following that, they attended Kansas City Kansas Community College from 1994 to 1995, where they obtained certifications in MS Visual Basic and Windows. This indicates that Kevin studied computer software engineering during their time at the college.
In addition to their formal education, Kevin has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include becoming a Certified GlobalForms Engineer and a Certified GlobalCapture Engineer from Square 9 Softworks, which they obtained in January 2019 and December 2018, respectively. Kevin also earned the title of Certified Square 9 System Architect from Square 9 Softworks in September 2017. Furthermore, Kevin obtained a Kistler Install and Support certification from the Kistler Group in January 2016. Prior to that, they gained Microsoft certifications in Great Plains, SQL, and Visual Basic in May 2012 and November 1995, all from Microsoft.
