Eric Cheung

Eric Cheung, MBA, P.Eng, PMP, is an experienced Development Manager at Century City Holdings Limited, specializing in development management, project acquisition, and financing since December 2016. With a strong track record of managing high-profile projects, Eric has overseen major developments, such as a 300-unit high-rise residential project and a 640,000 sq. ft. mixed-use project in British Columbia. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Blue Stone Management, where Eric managed luxury retail construction projects across Hong Kong and Macau, and Executive Director of Projects at Euro Properties Developer, leading the construction of a high-rise condominium in Midtown Manhattan. Eric's earlier experience includes senior project management roles at Colliers Project Leaders and Stantec, delivering multi-disciplinary projects in politically sensitive environments. Eric holds a Master's degree in EMBA from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
