Richard Garbrick

Richard Garbrick is an experienced sales manager and appraiser with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as the Electrical Division Sales Manager at Century Lighting & Electric since November 2013, Richard previously held the position of Director of Commercial Sales for Sustainable Energy at Schetter Electric, Inc. from 2009 to 2013, where responsibilities included coordinating incentives with local utility companies and preparing sales presentations. Earlier, Richard worked as a Real Estate Appraiser and Certified Home Inspector at Four Seasons Appraisals from 1999 to 2010, completing over 6,500 inspection reports. Richard's career began at American Service Life from 1985 to 1999 as a Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Trainer, where significant accomplishments included hiring and training 70 new agents while managing employee benefits and insurance programs in the Greater San Francisco and Sacramento areas. Richard is also CALTCP trained in Advanced Light Controls and Energy Star portfolio management.
