Dean Mills

Dean Mills currently holds the position of Vice President of Land Acquisition & Forward Planning at Century Communities, Inc. since July 2020. Previously, Dean served as Director of Land Development at Seeno Homes in early 2020, and from 2003 to 2019, various roles including Vice President of Forward Planning and Vice President of Land Acquisition at D.R. Horton. Earlier career experience includes positions as Land Acquisitions/Project Manager at William Lyon Homes, Land Acquisitions/Forward Planner at The O'Brien Group, and Planner/Redevelopment Analyst with the City of San Ramon. Dean earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Redlands from 1984 to 1988.
