Gregory Ott

Gregory Ott serves as the Southeast Regional President and Division President at Century Communities, Inc. since August 2020. Prior to this role, Gregory held the position of Vice President of Operations at Lennar from June 2014 to August 2020, overseeing construction activities in the Metro Washington, DC and Baltimore areas. From June 2010 to June 2014, Gregory was the Director of Construction at Richmond American Homes, where responsibilities included leading teams to manage home construction across multiple states. Additionally, Gregory worked as the Director of Operations at Oakwood Village Companies from February 2004 to May 2010, managing residential and commercial development projects in metro Atlanta. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
