Kelly M. Hayes

Kelly M. Hayes currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Sales for Midwest at Century Communities, Inc. since June 2023. With a robust career in sales and management spanning over two decades, Kelly has held significant roles including AVP Regional Builder Sales Consultant at Wells Fargo, Vice President of Sales at PulteGroup and M/I Homes, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Lombardo Homes. Prior experience also includes leadership positions at Home Builders Advantage, Pulte Mortgage, Toll Brothers, Westminister Mortgage, and Pioneer Mortgage Company. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English, Mathematics, and Psychology with a focus on Certified Secondary Education from Eastern Michigan University and further education from Hondros College.
