Patty Arvielo

Patty Arvielo is a self-made entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry, serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of New American Funding, the largest Latina-owned mortgage company in the United States. As a first-generation Latina, Arvielo has dedicated her career to serving the Hispanic community, drawing from humble beginnings to shape her leadership approach. In addition to her role at New American Funding, Arvielo holds various leadership positions, including Partner at #WeAllGrow Latina, Board Member at Century Communities, and Board Member for the Latino Donor Collaborative. In service to the community, Arvielo is also an Executive Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County & The Inland Empire and has served on several advisory councils and boards related to housing and public leadership. Arvielo's journey reflects a deep commitment to creating opportunities and fostering leadership within diverse communities.
