Troy M. Holloway

Troy M. Holloway is currently the EVP at Century Engineering. From 1994 to 1999, they were the ITS Team Leader at the Maryland State Highway Administration, where they directed all facets of the engineering design and advertisement processes for Maryland's ITS program.

Troy M. Holloway has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a M. Eng. in Transportation Engineering from the University of Maryland. Troy also has a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.

Their manager is Kenneth M. Stratemeyer, CFO. They are on a team with Anthony R. Frascarella - EVP, Scott L. Rathfon - EVP.
