Troy M. Holloway

Troy Holloway has been an EVP at Century Engineering, overseeing the development of engineering programs and services in Pennsylvania. Prior to this, Troy served as an ITS Team Leader at Maryland State Highway Administration. Holloway holds degrees in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from reputable universities.
