Amy W. has over 15 years of work experience in various recruiting and talent acquisition roles. Amy started their career as a Senior Recruiter at Ledgent in 2005 and worked there until 2011. Amy then joined Northwestern Mutual as a Director of Recruiting, where they helped individuals explore career opportunities and provided support in launching their careers. Amy later worked as a Senior Recruiter at GES - Global Experience Specialists and Redfin. Amy then joined Colony Capital, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Manager - Corporate Operations. Following that, they held consulting engagements as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for various billion-dollar organizations. Amy then worked as a Senior Technical Recruiting Partner at Spirent Communications before becoming a Senior Executive Recruiter at Addison Group. Currently, they are the Associate Director, Executive Recruiter- Accounting & Finance at Century Group, where they identify and delivers top-tier accounting and finance professionals to clients.
