Darren Pierce

Darren Pierce has held various roles in the food and beverage industry, starting as a General Manager at Bitter Tasting Room in 2013. Darren then moved on to Heather Hospitality Group as General Manager in 2014 before becoming the General Manager at Dominion Bar + Kitchen in 2017. Most recently, Darren joined Century Group in 2021 as the Manager of Restaurant Operations, later transitioning to the role of Director Of Operations - Food & Beverage in 2022.

From 2006 to 2010, Darren Pierce attended Athlone Institute of Technology, where they obtained an honors degree. The field of study for their degree was not specified.
