Miro Armeen

Miro leads the strategic direction of Century Group’s Human Resources team, implements initiatives related to staff programs, and advises leadership on a wide range of organizational design, recruitment, learning and development, and compensation matters. As the privacy officer, Miro is responsible for overseeing the activities related to the development, implementation, and adherence to Century Group's privacy policies, and meeting legislative requirements

Miro grew up in the prairies and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in Human Resources Management. He has extensive experience in construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, and IT industries. Through this experience, Miro provides diverse insight into the motivation of people in their pursuit of happiness. He holds a CPHR designation and is passionate about continuously learning in the areas of leadership, human resources, and motivation.
